PROMOTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The following terms and conditions (“T&Cs”/ “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the purchase of Premium Yearly (4 devices, INR 4000/-) and Two Year Subscription (4 devices, INR 7000/-) of Kableone (hereinafter “Promotion”)

- To be eligible for this promotion, You must:
- have a valid Account (as defined above) with Kableone; and
- have purchased either of the Promotion Subscription Plan for Kableone as mentioned in Clause 1. The purchase can be from Seven Colors directly or any third party authorized by Seven Colors; and
- comply with all the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
- This Promotion shall be valid from 15thAugust, 2024 to 31st October, 2024, unless extended or terminated earlier at the discretion of Seven Colors. Seven Colors will not be liable for any complimentary products not delivered after the promotion has been terminated or discontinued.
- The Complimentary Product will be shipped to the subscribers’ address provided at the time of subscription.
- Seven Colors will cover the cost of the Complimentary Products and standard shipping.
- The Complimentary Products are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Complimentary Products will be shipped only when the Promotion Subscription Plan has been confirmed and not before 10 days of the date of subscription.
- This Promotion does not apply to (a) Basic yearly Plan (validity 12 months, No of device: 1, Amount: INR 2500/-) (b) Semi- Annual Premium Plan (Validity 6 months, No. of devices 4, Amount INR 2500/-) (c) Premium Monthly Plan (Validity 1 month, No. of device:4 Amount INR 600/-) (d) Basic Monthly Plan (Validity (1 Month, No. of devices: 1, Amount INR 249/-)
- This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
- Seven Colors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation or modification of the promotion, Seven Colors will not be liable for any claims or damages.
- Seven Colors is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or inability to use the Complimentary Product.
- The Complimentary Product, ‘Noise x KableOne (Product Code: AUD-HDPHN-3-KABLEONE-BLK)’ Headphones, comes with a one-year Warranty provided by the manufacturer/brand owner. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications. Any claims for repair or replacement under this warranty must be made directly with the manufacturer Nexxbase Marketing Pvt. Ltd., in accordance with their warranty policy/terms and conditions, Register your complaint – Noise Help and Support (gonoise.com) . You may be required to submit satisfactory proof of purchase of Promotion Subscription Plan and proof of manufacturing defect.
- The Complimentary Product, Pebble’s Wavebuds TWS Earbuds with Deep Bass Sound earbuds, has comes with a one year Warranty provided by the manufacturer/brand owner from the date of receipt of the Complimentary Product. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications. Any claims for repair or replacement under this warranty must be made directly with the manufacturer, SRK Powertech Private Limited, in accordance with their warranty policy/terms and conditions, at email support@pebblecart.com. You may be required to submit satisfactory proof of purchase of X Promotion Subscription Plan and proof of manufacturing defect.
- In the event that the Complimentary Product Noise x KableOne (Product Code: AUD-HDPHN-3-KABLEONE-BLK), was damaged in transit, You can seek for repairing or replacing of the Complimentary Product with the manufacturer, Nexxbase Marketing Pvt. Ltd, provided that You submit satisfactory proof of purchase of Promotion Subscription Plan and proof of damage within 14 days of receipt of the damaged product. The proof of damage must include photographs or video of the damaged Products, and other relevant shipping documentation. Any claims for repair or replacement must be made directly with the manufacturer, Nexxbase Marketing Pvt. Ltd, in accordance with their terms and conditions, at email : help@nexxbase.com.
- In the event that the Complimentary Product, Pebble’s Wavebuds TWS Earbuds with Deep Bass Sound earbuds, was damaged in transit, You can seek for repairing or replacing of the Complimentary Product with the manufacturer, SRK Powertech Private Limited, provided that You submit satisfactory proof of purchase of Promotion X Ssubscription Plan and proof of damage within 14 days of receipt of the damaged product. - Seven Colors has discretion, to change, modify, supplement or otherwise alter amount of Promotion Subscription Plan, with or without notice to the subscribers.
